1. Consultation Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment) are not eligible for refunds but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
2. Non-Cancellable Services
- Personalized reports or astrological readings that have been delivered are non-cancellable.
- Emergency or priority consultations are non-cancellable.
